Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a manufacturing organization of approximately 25 employees, including assemblers, testers, warehouse workers, and production planners.
- Ensure achievement of production targets in volume, quality, and delivery by maintaining the right staffing, competencies, and daily priorities.
- Drive efficient ways of working and implement best practices to improve manufacturing efficiency and increase production output.
- Lead daily operational meetings, remove roadblocks, and report manufacturing status, risks, and priorities to the leadership team.
- Work cross-functionally with R&D, quality, supply chain, and production engineering to identify improvement opportunities and support stronger product industrialization.
- Foster a motivated, accountable, and collaborative team culture with strong focus on safety, quality, and work environment.
What We're Looking For - 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, or operations leadership.
- Proven experience leading teams and delivering against production, quality, and operational targets.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, material flow, and performance management.
- Experience improving manufacturing efficiency, implementing best practices, and increasing production output.
- Experience working cross-functionally with R&D, quality, supply chain, production engineering, and manufacturing strategy.
- Experience with serial production, and assembly of electrical/electronics and/or optical products is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
- Structured, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
Additional Qualifications (Good To Have)
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
- Experience with SAP
- Experience with PLM systems, such as PTC Windchill or Siemens Teamcenter.
- Degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations, industrial management, or related field.
Security & Eligibility RequirementsDue to the nature of our work in the defense sector:
- You must be eligible to work in Sweden and pass a security background check and be eligible for U.S. export control licenses (ITAR/EAR).
