For our Loan Management business area based in Stockholm, we are currently seeking to hire, with immediate effect, a

Loan Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Preparation of simple to complex loan applications from a market perspective, including cash flow analyses and rating preparation, taking into account the bank's credit risk strategy within the deal team
• Management of customer relationships in the context of new business and existing business
• Responsibility for the CP, CS, ICP, and disbursement processes as well as for collateralization
• Ongoing risk monitoring and portfolio monitoring
• Maintenance and quality assurance of all relevant process data in the systems
• Collaboration on projects

How to convince us

• Completed university degree in business administration, economics, real estate management, or comparable knowledge acquired through practical experience (e.g., banking apprenticeship, banking specialist)
• Several years of experience in credit risk management, preferably in the areas of real estate, corporate finance, structured finance, or investment banking
• Project experience is an advantage
• Good knowledge of the relevant real estate markets
• In-depth knowledge of complex financial structures and risk management
• In-depth knowledge of MS Office and basic knowledge of databases (SAP)
• Business fluent Swedish and very good written and spoken English at the location
• Business fluent English skills for international locations; additional language skills, are an advantage
