About the Role
You will take ownership of Linux infrastructure in a company focused on access solutions, where stability, security and seamless connectivity are central to the business. In this role, you will work across servers, user endpoints and containerized environments, while helping teams maintain reliable access to corporate resources and R&D tools.
You will also contribute to a cross-platform setup where Linux needs to integrate smoothly with Microsoft enterprise services such as Entra ID, Intune and SSO/PKI. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy broad technical responsibility and want to influence secure, business-critical infrastructure.
Job DescriptionYou will manage and optimize Linux environments across user endpoints, servers, Docker infrastructure, configuration control, patching and VPNs.
You will help ensure security and compliance by contributing to risk assessments, audits and security best practices.
You will monitor, troubleshoot and improve performance, including connectivity, remote management, conditional access and log aggregation strategies.
You will design solutions for secure and robust connectivity to corporate resources and R&D tools, using the Cloudflare toolset.
You will work with cross-platform integration connected to Microsoft enterprise solutions, especially Entra ID, Intune and SSO/PKI infrastructure.
You will collaborate with system engineers and cybersecurity teams, support junior colleagues and align technical solutions with business needs.
Requirements5+ years of experience in Linux environments management, including configuration control and firewall administration.
Strong understanding of common network services such as Cloudflare, DHCP, DNS, NTP and SNMP.
Hands-on experience with Ubuntu and Red Hat distributions, including upgrades, central management, configuration and security.
Experience with R&D environment management and troubleshooting, including CI/CD environments.
Ability to monitor and diagnose system performance issues.
Fluency in English.
Nice to haveSwedish or Polish language skills.
