About the Role

We are seeking a structured and proactive People & Administration Manager to oversee workforce coordination, compliance, and employee management across our operations. This role combines HR responsibilities with administrative and site compliance functions, supporting both office and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage recruitment processes and workforce planning

Prepare employment contracts and maintain personnel records

Ensure workforce compliance with client and site requirements (e.g., ID06)

Coordinate training, site inductions, and required certifications

Support performance management and employee development processes

Administer workforce systems including scheduling, leave, and attendance

Develop and maintain company policies and internal procedures

Manage onboarding and off-boarding processes

Support a positive work environment and handle employee relations matters

Provide operational support when required, including supervisory responsibilities

Maintain certification records and compliance documentation

Coordinate access to client systems such as contractor management platforms

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field

Experience in HR, system administration, site operations, workforce coordination, or similar roles

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

Experience working with systems and administrative processes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and handle confidential information

Willingness and flexibility to relocate internationally based on project and business needs

Preferred Experience

Experience in construction, industrial, or site-based environments

Familiarity with compliance systems such as ID06 or similar

Experience with workforce or contractor management platforms
