We are continuously looking for talent to join us on our quest of building the home of the future. At current, we are building a talent pool for the HR Business Partner career track for future management of one of our functional and geographical areas. The roles are based in our Global Headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden.

What you'll do:
In the role of HR Business Partner at Electrolux Group, you will enable business success by partnering with leaders to drive talent, performance, and organizational change processes. You will leverage data, strong collaboration, and a people-centric approach throughout the employee journey.
In detail, you will:
- provide guidance to managers on people topics and employee experience.
- translate business strategy and talent data into tangible HR and workforce plans, act on organizational initiatives.
- partner with business leaders to implement HR, change and transformation initiatives in alignment with business needs and objectives across your area.
- deploy the Performance (goal setting, feedback, reviews) and Talent (mapping, pipeline, succession) processes for the relevant functional or geographical scope.
- create and develop pipelines for the relevant scope, ensuring capability development and growth opportunities for strong talent.
- partner with other HR teams (CoEs, HR Operations) to ensure effective HR delivery and excellent process execution in your scope.
- leverage talent data and analytics to initiate strategic HR projects and support decision-making in people matters.
- act on communication and engagement touchpoints in the employee journey to ensure alignment and commitment to the company strategy.
What you bring:
- Degree in Business Management, HR or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in HR (e.g., HR Analyst, Generalist, HR Partner)
- Understanding of HR processes (talent, performance, capabilities, workforce planning, employee relations) and how they connect to business needs, paired with knowledge of standardized tools and HR operating models to execute them
- Exposure to business-facing HR work and stakeholder management.
- Experience in a multinational matrix organization with international, multicultural environment is a plus.
- Ideally, you speak Swedish and English fluently, additional languages are a plus.
