About the Assignment
This is a full-time consulting assignment for an initial period of 10 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for one of our clients in Falkenberg. There are good opportunities for an extension of the assignment.
Responsibilities
The HR Manager supports the delivery of the HR strategy and works closely with managers and business stakeholders to provide coaching, guidance, and support across a broad range of HR topics. The role contributes to the development and implementation of people initiatives and ensures that HR practices support both business objectives and employee experience.
Qualifications
We are looking for a competent and experienced HR professional with a broad HR background, preferably gained in a role such as HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or a similar position. Experience from a manufacturing environment, supporting both blue-collar and white-collar employees, is highly valued.

The HR Manager supports the delivery of the HR strategy and works closely with managers and business stakeholders to provide coaching, guidance, and support across a broad range of HR topics. The role contributes to the development and implementation of people initiatives and ensures that HR practices support both business objectives and employee experience.
- Act as a trusted HR partner to local business teams, providing support in areas such as performance management, organizational development, talent development, and change management.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives, organizational changes, development activities, and compensation-related processes.
- Equip managers with tools, guidance, and best practices related to performance management, talent development, career development, and team effectiveness.
- Provide advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
- Advise on labor law, collective agreements, and policy-related matters to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal guidelines.
- Manage and support onboarding activities and follow-up processes for new employees.
- Prepare and maintain job descriptions and position documentation.
- Initiate and support recruitment processes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
