Now, we're looking for a senior HEOR Manager with a solid HTA toolbox who can help secure and expand access to groundbreaking oncology treatments for patients in the Nordics. You will join Daiichi Sankyo, driven by more than 120 years of innovation and a deep global commitment to improving lives.

Why join Daiichi Sankyo?

At Daiichi Sankyo, you will be part of a purpose-driven organization where science, evidence, and patient impact come first.

You will work with highly skilled colleagues across the Nordics and with the Alliance Partner, in an environment characterized by trust, collaboration, and long-term thinking.

The role

As HEOR Manager Nordics, you will play a key role in securing market access for Daiichi Sankyo's oncology portfolio across the Nordic countries.

Reporting to the Head of HEOR Nordics, you will drive and support health economic and real-world evidence activities to support reimbursement and access decisions.

The role requires a deep understanding of Nordic HTA systems, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to translate complex evidence into clear value messages for decision makers.

You will work closely with local Market Access teams, global HEOR colleagues, and cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix organization. Furthermore, you will work with an external team representing the Alliance Partner that plays a significant role in the development of our oncology portfolio.

What you will do
  • Supporting the development of high-quality HTA submissions, including cost-effectiveness and budget impact analyses
  • Adapting global health economic models to local Nordic settings, including acquisition and validation of local data inputs
  • Supporting and coordinating reimbursement processes across Nordic countries, including collaboration with the Alliance Partner
  • Contributing to the adaptation of global value stories to national market needs in close collaboration with local Market Access teams
  • Contributing to integrated evidence plans and data packages to meet external stakeholder requirements
  • Driving and supporting real-world evidence initiatives such as treatment patterns, burden of illness, epidemiology, and costing studies
  • Sharing HEOR knowledge
  • Collaborating closely with the global HEOR organization to ensure alignment and quality of deliverables

What you bring
  • A university degree in Health Economics or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HEOR, HTA, Market Access or related roles within a pharmaceutical company, consultancy, or HTA authority in the Nordics
  • Hands-on experience with HTA submissions and Nordic reimbursement processes
  • Strong technical HEOR expertise, including health economic modelling
  • An up-to-date understanding of HTA methodologies and processes across the Nordic countries
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a structured and detail-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language

Who you are

To succeed in this role, you are likely to:
  • Work confidently in a matrix and multicultural environment
  • Combine structured thinking with pragmatic problem-solving
  • Communicate complex evidence clearly and credibly to diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrate strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Act with integrity, accountability, and scientific rigor
