As Head of Projects & Coordination at our Stockholm Office you will play a central role in shaping and enabling the Commercial organization's strategic agenda-ensuring ideas are translated into impactful, well-executed initiatives that move the business forward.

The role ensures that strategic priorities are translated into structured projects and delivered with clear ownership, the right pace, and high quality.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Head of Projects & Coordination your main contribution will be to lead and orchestrate key commercial projects and initiatives, ensuring structured execution, clear prioritisation, and alignment across the organisation. You will report to Business Development Director. You will play a vital role in driving the successful delivery of strategic initiatives, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and enabling the Commercial organization to operate with clarity, focus, and efficiency by:

• Lead and drive cross-functional projects across the company
• Ensure execution and follow-up on Commercial initiatives linked to the business plan
• Develop and implement ways of working, processes, and structures
• Drive alignment and coordination across functions and departments
• Oversee planning, prioritization, and progress across ongoing initiatives
• Ensure effective internal coordination within the Commercial organization
