Head of Online Sales
Are you ready to own and accelerate our online business across Europe?
We are looking for a Head of Online Sales to take full ownership of our digital commercial performance, with a strong focus on marketplaces and growth opportunities. This is a key role for someone who combines data, commercial thinking, and execution to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
You will lead the online sales agenda across Europe-driving growth, strengthening marketplace partnerships, and ensuring a strong brand presence and customer experience.
The role
You will set and execute the online sales strategy, owning commercial performance, sales targets, and budget across digital channels. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
A key part of the role is optimizing portfolio and pricing to maximize revenue and profitability, while building strong relationships with key partners and identifying new growth opportunities.
The role is a permanent, full-time position, based in Malmö, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer. Flexible workplace, minimum 3 days/week in Malmö HQ.

Key responsibilities
- Own and drive online sales strategy across European marketplaces
- Develop and execute commercial plans with key partners
- Lead commercial negotiations and partnerships (core part of the role)
- Deliver on sales targets, budgets, and P&L
- Optimize pricing, portfolio, and performance based on data insights
- Identify and scale new online growth opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally and ensure strong brand presence
- Lead and develop the online sales team
Who you are
A commercially driven and data-oriented leader with a strong track record in e-commerce or online sales. You are comfortable owning both growth and profitability, and you thrive in a role where strategy meets execution.
You bring:
- 5+ years' experience in online sales, e-commerce, or key account management
- Proven commercial leadership experience
- Strong negotiation skills (essential)
- Solid understanding of P&L, pricing, and margins
- Experience with marketplaces and digital channels
- Analytical mindset and performance focus
