We are looking for a Head of Customer Base Management (B2B) to join us at Telia.
My name is Anne Hedberg, Head of Business Management, and I'm looking for someone who wants to grow together with us. We are a supportive and forward-looking team focused on creating customer value through insight-driven lifecycle management, stronger customer relationships, and sustainable business growth.
What you'll do:
As Head of Customer Base Management, you'll lead how Telia develops customer relationships across the entire B2B lifecycle - from onboarding and engagement to retention, growth, and win-back. You'll lead a highly skilled team and work closely with Product Management, Commercial Management, Marketing & GTM, Sales, and Data & Analytics to turn customer insight into business impact.

- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, collaborative and inclusive team.
- Shape and continuously evolve Telia's B2B customer lifecycle strategy across onboarding, engagement, retention, upsell, cross-sell, and win-back.
- Create customer value through lifecycle programs, customer journeys, targeted communication, and data-driven activation initiatives.
- Partner across functions to transform customer insight and analytics into actions that improve customer experience, retention, profitability, and growth.
What will help you thrive in this role:
We're looking for a collaborative leader who enjoys combining commercial thinking, customer insight and people leadership to create lasting customer and business value.
To succeed in this role, you'll likely bring:
- Experience leading teams or cross-functional initiatives within customer lifecycle management, CRM, customer value management or similar commercial disciplines.
- A strong commercial mindset and a track record of turning insight and data into business results.
- The ability to create clarity, build trust and align people around common goals in a complex organization.
- Experience balancing strategic direction with operational execution and delivering through others.
- Experience from telecom, subscription-based businesses or other customer-centric industries is valuable.
- A university degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Analytics or a related field - or equivalent experience gained throughout your career.
- Native or near-native fluency in Swedish is required, along with strong English skills.
