Are you a handy problem-solver who prefers fixing the root cause, not just the symptom? Want to join a brand-new, tight-knit team at one of the region's most modern facilities?
WorkLink is expanding at a highly modern facility in Ängelholm. We're looking for 3–4 people to join a newly formed property services team built on "freedom with responsibility" — where the team feels like family.
The Role
No two days look the same. You'll handle:

General maintenance and repairs

Waste and cardboard management
-
Assembly and installations
-
Safety and security tasks
As the team supervisor puts it: "Anyone can replace a table leg 10 times — we want someone who asks why it keeps breaking, and fixes that instead." You don't need to know everything on day one, as long as you learn and communicate openly. Communication is our #1 keyword.
Who You Are

Handy all-rounder, comfortable with hand and power tools

Basic computer skills, practical mindset, proactive attitude

Valid Swedish/EU B driver's license (required)

Fluent in English or Swedish

EU citizen or valid active Swedish work permit, available immediately

Machinery experience a plus, not required
Conditions

Fixed daytime hours: 06:00–15:00 or 07:00–16:00
