You will work closely with the Swedish organization, site management, functions, and process owners to ensure that our systems are effective, audit-ready, and easy to apply in daily work. You communicate clearly in both Swedish and English, build trust with stakeholders, and know how to influence without direct authority.
You also have a strong continuous improvement mindset and the drive to align, follow up, and deliver quality initiatives that make a measurable difference. Attention to detail matters in this role, but so does the ability to see the bigger picture and help others understand why quality systems are essential to DeLaval's success.
