Role and responsibilities
As a Global Quality Management Systems Lead, you will manage and continuously improve DeLaval's global and local Quality and Environmental Management Systems. You will coordinate QEMS activities across multiple regions, act as a subject matter expert, and ensure compliance with ISO standards.

Key responsibilities:
  • Own and maintain the DeLaval Management System/Hamra Model.
  • Coordinate and support local QEMS managers globally (EU, China, USA).
  • Develop and maintain the system for managing documents, procedures, and instructions.
  • Support entities in building and maintaining local QEMS.
  • Coordinate ISO 9001/14001 compliance for DLI Tumba and support Management Reviews.
  • Lead the internal audit program and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Provide QEMS training and guidance for employees.
  • Manage external audits and act as SME during internal/external audits.
  • Handle GDP authorization for pharmaceutical products.
  • Contribute to Gate and Launch Management project reviews.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role we believe that you have:

  • Master's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field or experience equivalent to similar degrees
  • Ideally about 10 years of experience in a manufacturing and/or quality focused environment
  • Strong process competence and experience driving process improvements
  • Certified Lead Auditor
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing ISO 9001/14001 quality systems
  • Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and ISO/TS16949 is an advantage
  • Experience in project management
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written

You are comfortable working independently as well as in cross-functional, international teams, and you communicate clearly with strong interpersonal and influencing abilities.

You bring a continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to align, drive, and follow up on quality initiatives, and you are self-motivated, structured, and able to perform well under pressure. You also demonstrate a high attention to detail.

This is a full-time permanent position based at DeLaval's headquarters in Tumba, south of Stockholm. We offer a hybrid workplace model, allowing flexibility to work remotely.
