As Global Digital Commerce Director at our Stockholm office, you will shape and lead Acne Studios' global digital commerce agenda at a critical stage of our growth. This is a senior, high-impact leadership role with global scope, responsible for accelerating revenue, elevating the digital customer experience, and strengthening our omnichannel ecosystem.

You will own the global e-commerce and marketplace business end to end. You will operate at the intersection of brand, culture, technology, and commerce. Always ensuring our digital presence is premium, relevant and unmistakably Acne Studios. You will succeed by navigating a complex organisation, balancing priorities across multiple HQ stakeholders, and partnering closely with regional teams to drive alignment and commercial impact.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Global Digital Commerce Director, your main contribution will be to set the long-term vision and lead the evolution of Acne Studios' global digital commerce and marketplace business, positioning it as a key growth engine and a benchmark for luxury digital experiences. Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, you will play a vital role in accelerating global revenue growth, strengthening omnichannel excellence, and future-proofing our digital capabilities by:
  • Defining and leading a global e-commerce and marketplace strategy that accelerates growth, scalability and long-term value creation
  • Owning the global e-commerce P&L with full accountability for revenue growth, profitability and commercial performance
  • Driving step-change improvements in UX, site performance, content, and campaigns through advanced analytics, experimentation and customer insight
  • Shaping a demand-led, curated online assortment in close partnership with Buying and Merchandising to maximise relevance and conversion
  • Leading performance marketing, CRM, and social commerce to significantly grow customer acquisition, loyalty and lifetime value at scale
  • Orchestrating a seamless, premium, and brand-defining omnichannel customer journey across all digital and physical touchpoints
  • Building and deepening strategic partnerships across platforms, technology providers and global marketplaces to expand reach and capability
  • Leading, inspiring and scaling a high-performing global digital commerce organisation with strong commercial and creative capability
  • Driving alignment, clarity and momentum across HQ functions and regions within a complex matrix organisation

  • You bring a deep interest in pop culture, digital trends, and contemporary media, and understand how culture shapes brand relevance and consumer behaviour in luxury

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or a related field is required
  • Master's degree or MBA in strategy, digital business, or international management (strongly preferred)
  • 8+ years' senior leadership experience in e-commerce, ideally within luxury or premium consumer brands
  • Proven experience operating in complex, global organisations with multiple HQ stakeholders and regional markets
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel commerce, luxury consumer behaviour, and global e-commerce dynamics
  • Solid track record in digital marketing, CRM, and performance-led growth
  • Experience with platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, BI tools, PIM, and OMS
  • Fluent in English
