We're one of the world's oldest start-ups - and we're just getting started.

At Husqvarna Group, innovation is in our DNA. With over 330 years of heritage and a passion for pioneering technology, we design and deliver world class products and solutions for forest, park, garden and construction care. From robotic lawn mowers to cutting-edge chainsaws and sustainable battery systems, we're shaping the future - and we want you to be part of it.

About the Organization:

Our Collaborative Business Planning (CBP) function plays a critical role in aligning strategic objectives with operational execution across the organization. Through strong cross-functional collaboration with product management, sales, operations, and finance, the CBP process (also known as Integrated Business Planning) ensures that decisions are data-driven, forward-looking, and fully integrated.

Within the CBP function, the Demand Planning Excellence team develops and governs global demand planning processes, supports execution, and strengthens capabilities across markets and functions.

About the Role:

As a Global Demand Planning Analyst for finished products, you'll work in a dynamic, cross-functional, and international environment. As part of the Demand Planning Excellence team, you'll play an important role supporting sales organizations in delivering accurate, data-driven demand plans. While sales organizations own the demand plans, you will support them with high-quality analysis, governance, lifecycle management, system expertise, and process development.

You'll join a small, experienced team on an exciting journey to enhance the global demand planning process, with an increasing focus on digitalization, advanced analytics, and AI as key enablers of Demand Planning Excellence.

Key responsibilities:

  • Proactively analyze demand plans and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve forecast quality and support business decisions.
  • Ensure reliable demand plans are published to supply planning teams.
  • Coordinate product lifecycle changes, including new product introductions and phase-outs, to ensure accurate planning throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Serve as a key expert for the Logility planning system and our demand planning processes, providing user support, training, and driving system and process enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product management, supply planning, and other stakeholders to strengthen demand planning capabilities.
  • Support and drive continuous improvements in demand planning KPIs, reports, processes, and ways of working.

About you:

As a person, you are analytical, structured, and thorough, with strong communication and collaboration skills. You have a strong sense of ownership and a genuine service mindset. You take initiative and are committed to delivering high-quality results on time.

Your skills and background:

  • A university degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience within demand planning, forecasting, S&OP/IBP, supply chain, or another planning-related discipline.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience working with large datasets and translating data into actionable business insights.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI or similar analytical tools.
  • Experience with Logility or another advanced planning system is considered an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across functions and cultures.
  • Experience or curiosity in using AI, GenAI, or digital tools to improve analysis, planning processes, and ways of working is considered an advantage.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Location:

This position is located in Huskvarna. Please note that this is a parental leave cover starting in October or November.

How we work:

We believe the best ideas happen when we're connected. We spend most of our time together in the office, creating space for collaboration, creativity, and fast decision-making. This is consistent across all our global offices and helps us maintain a strong culture, support learning and development, and ensure everyone has access to the people and resources they need to thrive.
