Cleenki is an AI-native marketplace for home cleaning, based in Stockholm, Sweden. We already have a working business with over 100 paying recurring customers and steady growth, and now we are looking for the first technical person to build the product and the platform underneath it with us.
This is not an idea on paper. The business is live, customers are paying, and the foundation is proven. What we need now is someone to take ownership of the technology and build it with us from the ground up.

We are fixing a broken industry. Traditional cleaning companies pay cleaners poorly and treat them as disposable, which leads to constant churn and unreliable service for customers. Cleenki flips this: our cleaners work for themselves, get fair pay and recurring income, and genuinely care about their customers. Happy cleaners create happy customers, and that is our edge.
Our long-term vision is to build the AI-native operating system that any cleaner or small cleaning company can run their entire business on. We start in Stockholm, then expand across Sweden, the Nordics, and beyond.
The role
You will be the founding engineer and own the technical side of Cleenki from the ground up. In the first months, you will focus on:
