This Position reports to:
Head of Finance Transformation

The Robotics Finance Transformation Program mission is the design, build up, and continuous improvement of the end-to-end Finance function of the company following its spin-off, ensuring that Finance operates as a scalable, efficient, compliant, and insight-driven partner to the business.

As part of the Finance organization, you will oversee the design and implementation of comprehensive data models, process workflows, and systems architectures that align with the organization's financial goals. You will be instrumental in transforming the way financial data is captured, stored, processed, and used to enable smarter business decisions while ensuring data governance, compliance, and scalability across global finance operations. You will act as the key bridge between finance operations and enabling technology, drawing on deep finance expertise to drive the right solutions.

The location is flexible within Europe. Bangalore, India may also be considered.

Your responsibilities:

• Finance Process & Architecture Ownership: Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end finance process workflows and data architectures across all core domains (P2P, R2R, O2C, P2D, Tax, Treasury), ensuring alignment with business needs, scalability, and compliance
• Finance Systems & ERP Steering: Define finance requirements and drive the selection and implementation of ERP and finance platforms (e.g., SAP S/4HANA), working closely with IT while retaining ownership on the finance side
• Data Governance & Financial Integrity: Establish and enforce data governance standards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and security of financial data, and aligning data models and flows with business and regulatory requirements
• Team Leadership & Delivery: Lead a small core team and orchestrate delivery across a broader network of Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure successful execution of transformation initiatives
• Performance Management & Continuous Improvement: Define KPIs and performance metrics for finance processes and data architecture, monitor effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement and efficiency gains
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Innovation: Partner with Finance GPOs, Function Leads, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical solutions, while identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies (including AI) to enhance finance operations

Your background:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, or similar; finance certification is a plus
• 15+ years of experience in finance roles with deep expertise in core finance processes (P2P, R2R, O2C, P2D, Tax, Treasury), ideally in industrial or manufacturing environments
• Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems (especially SAP S/4HANA) and financial data management
• Proven track record in finance transformation, process design, and implementing scalable finance data and system solutions
• High level of autonomy: ability to structure complex topics, make decisions independently, and operate effectively without close technical guidance
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience driving cross-functional initiatives and navigating large transformation programs (M&A experience is a plus)
