The EY wavespace Nordic team is looking for a senior Experience Manager. You'll need deep experience leading and designing human-centred design and/or innovation processes. You'll manage and work with both internal and external stakeholders, shepherding them through ambiguity and opportunity to deliver impactful business results.

The opportunity

Your key responsibilities

As an Experience Manager part of the EY Nordic wavespace team, you will have three essential responsibilities including 1) Managing projects, 2) Designing exceptional experiences and, 3) Facilitating experiences.

1. Managing projects
   1. Managing internal and external stakeholders through our process.
   2. Building strong relationships across EY to increase opportunities for wavespace.
2. Designing exceptional experiences
   1. Uncovering the true client need and desired outcome of a wavespace.
   2. Designing workshops and that drive collaboration, creativity, and concrete outcomes.
   3. Partnering with Experience Designers to create impactful and memorable experiences.
3. Facilitating experiences
   1. As lead facilitator you will need to know how to get the best out of people, how to manage time, energy and conflicts, and to hold a room.
   2. Balance great structure with improvisation.

Skills and attributes for success

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field
• 5-10 years proven experience in a senior role within innovation, design, transformation, consulting, or a related area
• 5-10 years leading outcome-based workshops using design or innovation methodologies
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Swedish or Danish language skills are considered an advantage as well as experience from experience working in the Nordic Region
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills.

Meritorious

• Experience with human-centred design, design thinking, or innovation methodologies.
• Experience facilitating workshops for senior stakeholders and leadership teams.

• Eager to with work with diverse teams and personalities
• Someone with varied experiences who can pivot easily
• Ready for a good laugh while taking your responsibilities seriously
• Comfortable playing a role in a creative team.
