ERP Program- and Project Manager

Would you like to work for an independent consultancy alongside experienced colleagues, where a relaxed atmosphere is combined with commitment, professionalism, and a sustainable work-life balance?

Midagon is a Nordic, independent management and IT consultancy specialising in leading complex transformation projects and programmes. We are now looking for an ERP Project or Programme Manager to take on assignments for both national and international clients.

You will be based at one of our offices in Stockholm or Örebro, and we offer a hybrid working model. Naturally, some days will be spent on-site with clients.

The Role

You will lead complex transformation projects in close collaboration with our own or the client’s project managers and business developers. You support the client throughout the entire change journey - from early project initiation and pre study through to implementation and handover. With your expertise, you act as an independent advisor, helping the client achieve their business objectives and prepare for future challenges.

At Midagon, you will join a team of senior consultants with deep ERP expertise across areas such as manufacturing, supply chain and finance. The team brings broad experience from various roles and system vendors, with collaboration and knowledge sharing as core elements of how we work.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has many years of consulting experience within ERP transformations
• Has led business and IT transformation projects within ERP programmes, M&A, enterprise architecture, or industrial digitalisation
• Has strong knowledge of one or preferably several leading ERP systems such as SAP, M3, IFS or Microsoft Dynamics
• Has an interest in AI
• Communicates fluently in both Swedish and English

To thrive with us, you combine enthusiasm and pragmatism with a structured and methodical approach. Experience in both leadership and project management is essential, as are strong skills in change management.

What We Offer

Our ERP business is growing, and you will have the opportunity to be part of this journey and further strengthen collaboration with our Finnish colleagues. You will work on assignments that truly develop you - together with engaged and experienced colleagues who are passionate about creating value in complex transformation environments. You will be part of a senior consulting team where professionalism, collaboration and quality are a natural part of everyday life.

We work with digital transformations within business development, project and programme management, and various specialist areas. Assignments are varied and challenging, and you will have significant scope to influence both delivery and ways of working. Our culture is characterised by low hierarchy, engagement, and a sustainable balance between work and private life. Here, you will have freedom, trust, and colleagues who are always willing to share their expertise.
