Role Summary

We are looking for an ergonomist or a licensed physiotherapist with further training in ergonomics and OMT/MDT. You have strong written and verbal communication skills and use a consultative approach in your interactions. You are accustomed to working both independently and as part of a team. This is a temporary role running until 30 Nov 2027

Job Responsibilities

  • Proactive initiatives, including participation in risk assessments, investment projects, and training programs.
  • Provide methodological support to the organization based on Scania's Ergonomics Standard.
  • Conduct work ability assessments and provide support in workplace accommodations and adjustments.
  • Participate as an expert resource in the rehabilitation process within a multidisciplinary team.
  • A portion of the role involves conducting physiotherapeutic examinations and assessments, and providing recommendations for further treatment with other healthcare providers when appropriate.


Who You Are

Ergonomist / Licensed Physiotherapist with training and/or experience in ergonomics and OMT/MDT. You have excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as well as strong digital skills.

You have a health-promoting approach and a genuine interest in people, their health, and their work environment. It is also important that you are responsible, flexible, and proactive in order to meet the needs that arise within our organization.

The following experience is considered an advantage:

  • Ergonomic work within occupational health services, rehabilitation, or a similar field.
  • Experience working in primary healthcare.
  • Conducting work ability assessments.
  • Knowledge of legislation and regulations related to occupational health, safety, and ergonomics.
  • Delivering training sessions and developing training materials.
  • Conducting digital physiotherapy assessments.
