Working hours: 7.00 am - 4.00 pm

Responsibilities
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and basic repair activities on Cummins engines and related components at customer sites.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues using approved service procedures, electronic diagnostic tools, and specialized equipment.
- Prepare required parts, tools, and equipment to complete service activities efficiently and safely.
- Validate repairs by confirming successful resolution of customer concerns.
- Escalate unresolved or complex technical issues to senior Field Service Technicians or Supervisors.
- Champion a safe, compliant and environmentally responsible workplace by following Health, Safety and Environmental standards and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
- Technician qualification or a vocational diploma in a relevant technical discipline.
- Completed technical training (e.g., Engine Technician, Automotive Technician, or a comparable qualification) is preferred.
- Initial hands-on field service experience and solid knowledge of engine systems.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for service assignments.
- Strong customer focus with a reliable and service-oriented working style.
- Fluent level of English and Swedish.
