10 - 12 Years' experience in building solutions with at least 7 years relevant experience on Salesforce
Experience in managing large Salesforce transformation projects and Application support engagements
Ability to influence, empower, and align stakeholders across a broad variety of job functions through your relationships.
PMP & Agile certified, Service Cloud/PD1 certification
Proficiency in applications such as JIRA, Apex packages, Rally Salesforce Service Cloud
Strong executive communication and presentation skills
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a history of hands-on, detail orientation.
Deep experience with the software development lifecycle; ability to adjust and apply this knowledge in a dynamic environment using agile methodologies.
Knowledge of Data Skiew, External Ids, Remote Objects, Salesforce Connecters
Knowledge of Data Loader desktop , Data loader CLI, and other Data migration tools with Salesforce.
Data Design and Architect Certificate or Trailmix completed
