Lead hardware development and industrialization from concept and supplier selection to validated series production.
Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, technical requirements, and development processes.
Identify and resolve hardware challenges related to EMC, electrical loads, interfaces, and circuit board connections.
Collaborate with software engineers and system architects to ensure effective interfaces, system integration, and ECU network topology.
Act as the technical lead and primary point of contact for suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications
A Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent qualifications.
Several years of experience in electronics hardware development, preferably within the automotive industry.
Proven experience taking electronic control units from development through industrialization to series production.
Strong knowledge of ECU communication, EMC, electrical loads, interfaces, and circuit board connections.
Good understanding of hardware-software interaction, system integration, and ECU network topology.
Experience from a large automotive organization or an equivalent technically complex environment is considered an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of technical solutions.
