Background and purpose of this role
We are looking for an ECM & Corporate Access Coordinator to join our Stockholm team. The Corporate Access team organises and delivers events and meetings that connect investors with companies. In this role, you will be a key contributor in planning and executing a wide range of activities - from conferences and roadshows to investor meetings.
The position has a broader scope than a traditional corporate access role: you will also support our Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and Debt Capital Markets (DCM) teams within Investment Banking, coordinating capital markets transactions alongside the event and access work. As a result, you will split your time between the ECM team and the Corporate Access team, depending on pipeline and workflow.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary coordinator for ECM and DCM processes, working closely with the Investment Banking team
- Coordinate and execute corporate access events including conferences, field trips, roadshows, investor targeting, and investor meetings
- Manage logistics end-to-end: scheduling, travel, venues, and participant communication
- Act as the main point of contact for corporates and investors before, during, and after events
- Provide on-site support to ensure seamless event delivery
- Maintain relevant systems and track event statistics
Candidate profile
You are structured, reliable, and detail-oriented, with a genuine interest in coordination and event execution. You enjoy working with people, take ownership of your tasks, and take pride in delivering high quality. You are comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment and bring a proactive, can-do attitude to everything you do.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, such as event coordination, administration, or client-facing roles
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- A degree in business, administration, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage, but not required
