Senior DVI Manual Test Engineer responsible for ensuring quality, coverage, and consistency of infotainment and driver information testing across platforms and releases.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in automotive infotainment testing
- Knowledge of AAOS and/or QNX-based infotainment systems
- Understanding of Vehicle HAL (VHAL) and vehicle communication protocols
- Experience with vehicle networks (CAN, LIN, FlexRay)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience working in agile automotive development environments
Job responsibilities
- Lead DVI testing activities and ensure coverage across features and platforms
- Support requirement analysis and clarify functional expectations
- Define test strategies for new infotainment features
- Review and improve defect reports and test documentation quality
- Perform complex system-level and integration testing
- Act as the main test contact towards development and system teams
- Mentor junior and middle testers
- Drive improvements in test efficiency and test methods
