We are looking for a talented Domain Architect with a focus on Service Management for our Enterprise Architecture team!

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and maintain the architecture of the Service Management domain.
• Collaborate with related areas to ensure holistic thinking around domain interactions.
• Take ownership of a domain-specific portion of the Application Portfolio and ensure all applications comply with domain goals, standards, and enterprise architecture.
• Together with the domain SDM, develop and reflect the business vision of multiple lines of business in the domain's long-term vision.
• Engage with end users and business partners to develop both external and internal industry knowledge.
• Provide guidance on the planning and design of domain-related initiatives.
• Create architecture artifacts to support and capture design decisions.
• Take ownership of core deliverables within the Enterprise Architecture Repository for the assigned domains.
• Ensure that processes are followed and specifications are documented.
• Communicate domain strategies to senior business leaders and Enterprise Architects.
• Clarify transformation intentions and expected outcomes for Solution and Technology Architects.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• IT background.
• Proven track record in a similar position/projects.
• Knowledge and experience with service management systems and software such as SAP S/4HANA and ServiceNow will be considered an advantage.
• Certification in market EA frameworks and methodologies (TOGAF, Gartner, Zachman, DODAF, FEAC, LeanIX, etc.) might be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
