Assignment Description

We are currently looking for an Adoption & Enablement Specialist for a consulting assignment within a large enterprise environment focused on emerging technologies and digital transformation initiatives.

What You Will Work On

Support adoption and enablement activities related to emerging technologies

Perform research, analysis, and information gathering activities

Structure and coordinate workstreams and follow-up activities

Gather business needs and support stakeholder alignment

Contribute to planning and execution of enablement initiatives

Create reports, documentation, and status updates

Support communication and coordination between teams and stakeholders

Contribute to continuous improvements within technology adoption processes

Assist with tracking progress, activities, and delivery milestones

Support digital transformation and innovation-related initiatives

What You Bring

2-5 years of relevant professional experience

Ability to structure, coordinate, and manage work activities effectively

Experience performing research, analysis, and information gathering

Experience with needs gathering and stakeholder communication

Strong planning and follow-up capabilities

Experience creating reports, documentation, and status presentations

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams

Strong communication and coordination capabilities

Experience working in dynamic and fast-changing environments
