Job description-

Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows 2003/2008/2012 &2016 Server Operating Systems.

The ability to work independently and in teams.

Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills.

Committed to providing quality customer service.

A demonstrated positive and proactive approach in identifying problems, creating innovative solutions and managing projects.

Troubleshoot issues with system performance mandatory.

Skills

Mainly Power shell (occasionally VBs).

Competent with Windows server 2012 and 2008 in function of infrastructure management.

Excellent communicator, and ability to work in a team as well as independent context.

Specify secondary/preferred skills

Active Directory experience

Basic diagnostic and troubleshooting skills of Networks (WAN/LAN) and Storage fundamentals (NetApp)

Awareness and ability to work within an ITSM Service Transition process driven context.

Required relevant experience estimated in years 3-5 years.

(1.) To identify attrition percentage in accounts and take up initiatives to reduce the same

(2.) To perform value addition activities (CIP and SIP) and implement strategies to improve productivity.

(3.) To implement Profit Implement Plan (PIP), review Budget vs. Actual Cost and analyze the deviation to plan strategies to reduce deviation through levers like Automation and self-driven initiatives.

(4.) To ensure retention of accounts that are due for renewal or maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (ACSAT)

(5.) To ensure that all responsibilities and project deliverables are completed within SLAs through effective team management and monthly reviews

(6.) To ensure generation of an account level EE and EN revenue

(7.) To ensure absorption of freshers as per the defined account targets
