About the role
As a Delivery Lead, you'll be fully accountable for deliveringcontracted services to our clients- ensuring that Service Level Agreementsdefined in the client Frame Agreements and Key Performance Indicators areconsistently met. You'll keep a close eye on performance, quality,and efficiency; while also cultivating strong client relationships andproviding day-to-day operational support. You maintain strongoversight of the service delivery, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherenceto the commitments made to clients. You actively cultivate and sustain robustclient relationships, offering day-to-day advice and support. You supportcontinuous improvements in processes and client satisfaction by identifyingopportunities and proactively addressing deliverychallenges. You maintain commerciallyminded, identifying opportunities to create added value for clientsand sharing them with the appropriate roles for follow-up.

Responsibilities & Main Tasks
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers,suppliers, and consultants.
• Collaborating andcoordinating with delivery teams to ensure successful execution of servicedelivery.
• Monitoring quality of service delivery and tracking KPIs and SLA toensure that service delivery aligns with contractual agreements.
• Following up ondeviations from the agreed game plan and making sure that all involved partiesinternally are aware of the right process and have the support they need towork in accordance with it.
• Following-upassignment delivery with clients, suppliers and consultants during the assignment.
• Managingassignment negotiations with clients and suppliers.
• Offering day-to-dayadvice and support to clients, as well as colleagues, to make sure the deliveryis running smoothly and that issues are resolved.
• Manageinternal escalations, follow up on deviations, and mitigate risks.
• Providinginput on game plan and budget from an operative sales perspective.
• Participating in operational governance with clients.
We are looking for someone who is :
• Building and maintaining strongclient relationships. Managing stakeholder expectations proactively andcommunicating complex information clearly.
• Relevantknowledge and experience in consultant procurement within the private sector.
• Drivinggovernance process towards client stakeholders.
• Strongcommunication skills, arefluent in Swedish and English - must have.
