Role Description:
Accountable for planning, coordinating and driving delivery to ensure committed outcomes are delivered on time, within scope and with the expected quality and value.
Key Accountabilities:
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of agreed initiatives, increments or work packages
• Plan and coordinate delivery across teams, roles and dependencies
• Ensure alignment between business priorities, scope, capacity and delivery plans
• Drive execution, follow‑up and removal of impediments and risks
• Ensure transparency on progress, risks, dependencies and delivery status
• Secure that delivery adheres to agreed ways of working, governance and quality standards
• Facilitate collaboration across product, architecture, platform and development teams
• Support continuous improvement of delivery performance and predictability
• Drive innovation within the MD&A by exploring new technologies, partnership and methodologies related to the scope and responsibility of the department
