Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative Work in Greece

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers via phone, email and/or chat.

Available positions may be within different industries, including travel, technology and retail. Based on your background, preferences and available vacancies, we will help match you with a suitable project.

Full training is provided by the employer, so previous experience is not required.

Depending on the project, positions are available in Athens, Thessaloniki or remotely from anywhere within Greece.

Requirements

To be considered for the position, you should:

Speak Danish fluently (C1 level or native)

Have good English communication skills (minimum B2 level)

Have a positive and service-minded attitude

Hold a valid EU passport

Be willing to relocate to and live in Greece

Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not a requirement.
