As a Customer Success Manager at Learnster, you're not merely a point of contact-you're a strategic partner to our customers. Your responsibilities include managing a portfolio of valuable customers and ensure our customers get maximum value out of our product. Your role extends beyond providing solutions; you're a trusted advisor, a strategic thinker, and a passionate advocate for our clients' interests. You will play a crucial role in shaping our customers' success stories, building lasting relationships and contribute to Learnsters continuous growth journey.
Your role will include
- Responsibility for helping our customers understand, use and get high value from our product and services.
- Run customer onboarding projects, where you take responsibility for project management, training, and coaching.
- Being a thought leader, inspiring our customers in knowledge orchestration.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and exploring opportunities for account growth.
- Own the management and expansion of customer agreements in collaboration with your colleagues from the sales team.
- Identify both risks and opportunities by analyzing our customer data.
- Work closely with colleagues both within our team and with the rest of the organization.
- Involvement in our company's development by continuously learning and improving as a natural part of your daily work.
To thrive in this role you have
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS B2B Company.
- An understanding of how companies and organizations work with goals, skills development, and learning.
- An overall intererest in L&D.
- A natural ability to build relationships with people in leading positions and you are skilled in managing and exceeding their expectations.
- An ability to quickly learn new digital tools and define yourself as tech savvy.
- An independent and entrepreneurial drive with a great sense of responsibility and a focus on results.
- Teamwork skills and are eager to learn and develop, both as a person and in your work role.
- Can work from our office in Stockholm for a few days a week.
- Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, is required for this position. Additional languages are meritorious.
