We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who enjoys communicating with customers, working with accurate information, and finding practical solutions. You will join a supportive team and play an important role in smooth order processing and sales support.

Your key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by phone and email, providing timely and helpful service;
• Process and coordinate customer orders, checking product availability, prices, and delivery details;
• Provide clear information about products and current offers, and suggest solutions that meet customer needs;
• Monitor daily sales results and identify opportunities to support sales growth;
• Resolve customer enquiries, complaints, and delivery issues together with sales, logistics, and production teams;
• Maintain accurate customer data and documentation, including the preparation of credit notes.

Kvalifikationer

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Higher education or studies in progress;
• Experience in customer service, sales, retail operations, or working with sales data would be an advantage;
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused, results-oriented approach;
• Accuracy, responsibility, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
• Good Microsoft Office skills and confidence in learning new systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage;
• Good command of written and spoken English, as well as spoken Russian.

We offer

• Gross hourly salary: EUR 7,11. Depending on hours worked and performance, the average gross monthly pay may reach EUR 1,200–1,400, including a performance-based bonus;

Working hours and location

• This is an on-site position at AS Hanzas Maiznīcas, Brīvības iela 155A, Riga, Latvia;
• Work is organised in 6-hour or 7.5-hour shifts;
• The rotating schedule includes Sundays and may vary according to the shift plan.
