Your Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist our customers with order management, product information, delivery and invoice inquiries, support, and other customer service matters. It is very important that our customers feel they are being treated in a friendly and professional manner and receive competent service. Since much of the customer contact is via phone, it is crucial that you feel very comfortable speaking on the phone, have a positive attitude, and can handle all types of customers and inquiries. To prepare you in the best possible way, you will undergo a thorough introduction at the beginning of your employment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Order management
• Product information
• Delivery and invoice inquiries
• Other customer service matters

Main Requirements :

• Experience in service-related jobs, preferably involving phone and administrative work
• Has experience in the optics industry (e.g.,as an optical assistant, store salesperson, customer service), which is a plus
• Ability to handle various customer types and inquiries with empathy and patience
• Enjoys working in a team
• Positive, proactive attitude
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Comfortable working with internal systems and databases
• Open to learning new systems and procedures
• Is well-versed in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Has good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Comfortable using English, both spoken and written
