Customer Fulfilment Coordinator (Maternity Cover)
PharmaRelations is supporting the recruitment of aCustomer Fulfilment Coordinatoron behalf of a global pharmaceutical company for their affiliate in Copenhagen.
This is an interim, full-time position within a matrix supply chain environment, where you will play a central role in ensuring efficient and reliable customer fulfilment operations.
The role
You will be responsible for managing daily customer fulfilment operations and ensuring the effectiveness of end-to-end processes. The role combines operational execution, stakeholder coordination, and analytical support to secure high service levels.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders across supply chain, planning, and customer engagement, ensuring alignment and transparency across the fulfilment process.

This is an interim, full-time position within a matrix supply chain environment, where you will play a central role in ensuring efficient and reliable customer fulfilment operations.
The role
You will be responsible for managing daily customer fulfilment operations and ensuring the effectiveness of end-to-end processes. The role combines operational execution, stakeholder coordination, and analytical support to secure high service levels.
Key focus areas include:
- Driving execution of Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) processes
- Managing short- and mid-term stock allocation and mitigation actions
- Coordinating fulfilment activities across internal teams and external partners (e.g. warehouse / 3PL)
- Supporting customer communication in case of shortages or supply constraints
- Monitoring performance and identifying improvement opportunities through data and KPI tracking
You will work closely with internal stakeholders across supply chain, planning, and customer engagement, ensuring alignment and transparency across the fulfilment process.
Key responsibilities
Customer Fulfilment & Operations
- Manage stock allocation, backorders, and fulfilment prioritisation
- Define mitigation actions in case of shortages (e.g. delayed deliveries, substitutions)
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners on fulfilment execution
- Ensure structured communication of supply constraints
Process & Performance Management
- Monitor fulfilment performance through defined KPIs (e.g. OTIF, stock availability)
- Conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvements
- Support monthly closing and reporting activities
- Provide analytics and insights to support decision-making
Stakeholder collaboration
- Act as a key interface between supply chain, customer engagement, and external partners
- Support customer-facing operational discussions where relevant
- Contribute to governance of outsourced back-office or logistics activities
You bring a solid understanding of customer fulfilment within a regulated industry, combined with strong analytical and coordination skills.
Required experience
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years' experience in customer fulfilment or supply chain operations
- Experience from the biopharma or pharmaceutical industry is preferred
- Fluent in English and preferably Danish or another nordic language
Capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage complex operational scenarios and prioritise effectively
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and data analysis
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
- Structured, detail-oriented, and able to drive follow-up
- Location: Copenhagen
