An exciting opportunity has arisen for Country Business Controller to join our Vilniaus duona team.

This is what you will do

As a Country Business Controller you will support the implementation of Lantmännen Unibake strategy by providing accurate, high-quality information and acting as a partner with the stakeholders on business controlling matters. You will be a member of Country Leadership team and Cluster Finance team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contribute to the implementation of the Lantmännen Unibake strategy in Lithuania by providing accurate financial information and business insights.

• Act as a trusted finance business partner to the country management team, supporting data-driven business decision-making.

• Contribute to the development of commercial activities by working closely with the commercial team, implementing and improving processes and performance monitoring solutions.

• Prepare the annual budget, periodic financial forecasts, and ensure effective cost planning and monitoring of execution.

• Manage forecasting, budgeting, and business planning processes, ensuring their quality and accuracy.

• Ensure high-quality monthly financial reporting for the company.

• Analyze business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to achieve financial targets.

• Analyze the country supply chain operations, prepare reports, and contribute to the improvement of related processes.

• Ensure effective cost control within your area of responsibility.

• Ensure compliance with group and cluster business control principles, working methods, and reporting standards.

Kvalifikationer

WE EXPECT THAT YOU:

• Have a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in finance.

• Have at least 2 years of experience in business controlling, preferably in the manufacturing sector.

• Are highly proficient in Excel and know how to prepare and develop reports in Power BI; experience with D365 would be an advantage.

• Quickly learn new systems and work effectively with various digital tools.

• Are able to analyze data, develop insights, and present results clearly and convincingly to different target audiences in Lithuanian and English.

• Maintain high work quality and meet deadlines even during periods of higher workload.

• Are not afraid of routine, while also proactively creating and improving processes and contributing to change implementation.

• Are able to build and maintain effective collaborative relationships both inside and outside the organization.

WE OFFER:

• Salary starting from EUR 4,400 gross per month depending on experience, plus an annual bonus based on achieved company performance results.
