Assignment Description

We are seeking a Senior Configuration Manager

What You Will Work On

Own and manage configuration, change, and release processes across the program

Establish and enhance configuration management frameworks and best practices

Ensure traceability, governance, and control across environments and releases

Drive continuous improvements in DevOps practices and delivery quality

Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams

Act as a key interface between technical and business stakeholders

Support large-scale transformation initiatives with structured configuration processes

Implement automation and standardization across environments

What You Bring

Several years of experience in senior roles such as Configuration Manager, Release Manager, or similar

Strong technical background in software development and infrastructure

Experience working in complex integration environments and large transformation programs

Deep understanding of modern configuration management practices, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD

Hands-on experience with tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and Git

Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, CloudBees, or GitLab CI/CD

Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Bash)

Solid knowledge of relational databases and SQL (DDL, DCL, TCL, triggers, views, stored procedures)

Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)

Master's degree in IT or equivalent practical experience
