YOU WILL DO

Our recruitment process focuses as much on personality/culture fit as it does on merit. That said, we know that you will have a better chance at succeeding in this role if you have the following experience:

Analyze commercial, operational, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities

Support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and recommendations

Develop and maintain business cases, financial models, and profitability analyses for products, projects, and investments.

Monitor key business KPIs and create dashboards and reports for leadership teams.

Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance to evaluate performance and support business objectives.

Conduct market, customer, and competitor analyses to identify growth opportunities and commercial risks.

Translate large amounts of structured and unstructured data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

Support forecasting, scenario planning, and strategic planning activities.

Identify improvement opportunities in commercial processes, pricing, and ways of working.

Drive cross-functional initiatives by providing analytical support, tracking progress, and measuring business impact.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We believe you are an intellectually curious and highly driven individual who enjoys solving complex business problems. You combine strong analytical capabilities with commercial thinking and are comfortable working with large, imperfect datasets. Experience from consulting, product analytics, strategy, venture-backed companies, or other fast-paced environments is highly valued. Candidates with hands-on experience in SQL, Python, experimentation, and cross-functional business partnering will be particularly well positioned to succeed in this role.
