CTO & Co-Founder Spucce Venture
CTO · Spucce Venture Stockholm | Co-founding partner role | Equity: 10-15% with 4-year vesting and 1-year cliff

I'm Robin, founder of Spucce Venture. Spucce is a venture builder studio. We build, run, and scale companies on our own infrastructure. The Venture Engine is our first product. It is the operating system that powers everything we launch.

Not a SaaS tool. Not another Intelligence wrapper. The operating system for building companies from scratch.

I have the vision, the working prototype, the backend, the closed pre-seed, and the cost model. What I do not yet have is the CTO who owns the entire technical layer and turns this into a living, scaling system.

That person is you.

What we're building
Spucce is a venture builder studio. The Venture Engine is our first product. It is the technical backbone for everything we do. The digital twin of the entire venture creation process. From idea validation to company formation to daily operations.

It includes persistent memory architecture, Intelligence agent orchestration, modular workspace systems, automation layers, a credit-based economy+ 100 more technological/business terms.

Every venture we launch runs on this engine. The better you build it, the more companies we can run with fewer people and less capital.

The plan
We are not trying to launch a finished product to the market next month. The roadmap is deliberate.
  • Phase 1. Build the demo. Prove the architecture works. (Some work already done.)
  • Phase 2. Selected alpha users. Run our own internal ventures on the engine. Stress-test every layer. (Network established + test ventures in-place.)
  • Phase 3. Open it to entrepreneurial user bases and ecosystem partners. Real founders. Real feedback. (over 600 verified entrepreneurs ready to our beta users)
  • Phase 4. Scale.
We build it for ourselves first. Then we build it for everyone else.

Already in place
  • Working prototype
  • Demo live
  • Backend architecture almost finished
  • Technological feasibility proven (we can build this)
  • Full product architecture documented
  • 100+ year vision documented
  • Cost model and full operating plan
  • Pre-seed closed
  • Seed round in progress
  • Investors aligned
  • Investor portal live (Multiple materials for different audiences)
  • Network of partners, advisors, and ecosystem allies
  • The will to see this through
The team
We are building the team. Right now we are recruiting for three leadership seats:
  • Chief Technology Officer: You
  • Chief Engineer/infrastructure Officer: The depth in memory, agents, and fullstack infrastructure
  • Chief Design / Marketing Officer: Design, brand, voice, and go-to-market
  • Chief Executive Officer: Me, produkt, sales, network, operations

What you'll do
You own the entire technical layer. Architecture decisions. Stack choices. Build priorities. Intelligence infrastructure design. Security. Performance. You decide how the engine works under the hood.

Specifically, you will architect and lead the Venture Engine from current alpha through full system. You will design identity and permission layers, persistent structured memory, Intelligence agent frameworks, automation logic, multi-Creator coordination, cross-venture intelligence, and the modular workspace that ties it all together.

You think in systems. You think in years. Every venture we launch runs on what you build. This is foundational infrastructure.

Who you are
Full-stack engineer with deep system-design instincts. You understand backend architecture, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and security. You can integrate Intelligence models, design agent workflows, and architect retrieval and memory systems.

Some skills below is acceptable, understandable if not all.

Technical depth:
  • Full-stack engineering across backend, frontend, infrastructure
  • Production ML or Intelligence engineering with shipped systems
  • RAG, vector databases, embedding pipelines, retrieval systems
  • Memory architecture, knowledge graphs, context engineering
  • Multi-agent coordination, distributed systems, event-driven architectures
  • Cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), security, identity at scale
  • API design, database architecture, performance and scaling engineering
  • Real-time systems, automation pipelines
  • Autonomous systems, SLAM, state estimation under uncertainty
Leadership:
  • Built and led engineering teams from a handful to many
  • Hired senior engineers and shaped the technical bar
  • Set technical strategy alongside business strategy
  • Created engineering culture, code standards, and rituals that scale
  • Cross-functional with product, design, and business
  • Mentored engineers from mid-level to lead
Science and research:
  • BSc, MSc, or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Research depth, published papers, or work at the frontier of a field
  • Track record of learning fast where the map runs out
Product and business sense:
  • Understand how technical choices shape product, cost, and trajectory
  • Cost structure thinking across cloud, compute, and build vs buy
  • Translate vision into roadmap and roadmap into shipped work
  • Comfortable working with founders, investors, and the board
  • Time-to-market vs long-term architecture trade-offs
Track record:
  • Shipped products end to end
  • Built at startup pace, 0 to 1 and 1 to 10
  • Calm in ambiguity, decisive in pivots
  • Brings receipts: things you have built that are still running

Do not apply if
  • You are looking for safety
  • You want chill
  • You are looking for a salary hamster-wheel
  • You need certainty before you commit
  • You want a job, not a venture
  • You think CTO is a title before it is a calling
  • You cannot handle stress
  • You cannot handle pivots
  • You cannot ride the emotional lows and highs
  • You do not keep your word
  • You have one foot out the door
  • You disappear when the work gets hard
  • You need permission before you move
  • You look for someone to blame when things break
  • You care more about how it looks than how it works
  • You let mood drive decisions
  • You bring drama instead of work
  • You finish things only when someone is watching
  • You expect to renegotiate after every win
  • You see this as a stepping stone
  • You waste other people time
  • You are not based in Stockholm
This is a builder seat. The studio runs at the pace of the people in it. If you need the runway paved before you walk, this is not your seat.

The deal
  • Equity: 10-15% sweat equity deal with 4-year vesting and a 1-year cliff. Final number depends on what you bring and how you commit.
  • Salary: No salary for the first months while we get the product underway. The first salary lands when we launch the prototype to market. Our first seed investment. Target around 1 September 2026, realistically later. The pace depends on the team we build.
  • Location: Stockholm. This is not remote. The work requires proximity, especially in the early phase.
  • Role: CTO and partner. Board-level involvement. Direct influence on product, capital deployment, and studio direction. You do not just build one product. You are part of the studio that builds ventures.
The cap table

Cap table when fully diluted.
  • 51% Founder
  • 25% ESOP: (Your equity comes from this pool)
  • 24% Investors
Close
This is an adventure. A real one.

We build the studio together. Then the engine. Then the companies the engine runs. You will be the CTO of many produkt, ventures to come.

If you want to be part of that journey, from one prototype to a platform to a portfolio of ventures the world has not seen before, apply.

If you want a job, this is not it.

If you want a venture, a partner and the chance to build something a generation will stand on, apply! : )
