About The Role

As Client Manager, you will own the entire sales journey, from identifying and pitching new brand partners to closing deals and building long-term partnerships rooted in creator marketing. As a trusted partner to your clients, you guide them through the creator marketing landscape, helping them navigate trends, opportunities, and challenges while finding solutions that drive both relevance and results. You lead the commercial dialogue, build strong relationships and work closely with internal teams to bring great ideas to life. This role combines proactive new business generation with long-term partnership development, contributing to sustainable growth while strengthening We Are Era's position as a leading creator marketing partner.

Your Responsibilities
  • Drive new business opportunities and develop long-term relationships with brands, acting as a trusted partner and advisor in the creator marketing landscape.
  • Lead the commercial dialogue by identifying client needs, uncovering opportunities and translating business challenges into impactful creator-led solutions.
  • Own the sales process end-to-end, from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and growing client partnerships over time.
  • Guide clients on trends, opportunities and best practices within creator marketing, helping them connect with the right audiences, communities, and creators.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and ensure smooth execution.
  • Take ownership of your pipeline, revenue targets and commercial performance while contributing to the overall growth of the business.
  • Stay curious about culture, platforms, creators and consumer behavior to proactively bring fresh ideas and opportunities to clients.


To succeed in this role, we believe you:
