Your New Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Change & Communication Lead to support a major transformation within a large international industrial organization.
The organization is in the midst of an ambitious expansion journey, including the development of a new factory and significant changes to ways of working, operations and production. This transformation will have a substantial impact on employees, managers and the wider organization.
In this key role, you will help create clarity, engagement and trust throughout the change journey. You will combine strategic change leadership with hands-on communication and work closely with senior management, line managers and employees.
As Change & Communication Lead, you will:
Develop and refine a clear change and communication strategy and plan.
Drive and support the execution of change initiatives together with management and key stakeholders.
Create clear and engaging communication around why the change is happening, what it means and how employees will be affected.
Identify and mitigate risks related to uncertainty, change fatigue, informal concerns and rumours.
Facilitate involvement through workshops, dialogue and open channels for questions and ideas.
Support managers in communicating and leading the change effectively.
Strengthen engagement, participation and pride throughout the transformation journey.
Use feedback, pulse surveys and other relevant insights to measure progress and continuously adapt the approach.
Help develop further readiness and support a strong, inclusive organizational culture.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
At least 10 years of experience in change management and internal communication, preferably within manufacturing, heavy industry or another complex industrial environment.
Proven experience leading large-scale organizational transformations or expansions with a significant impact on employees and operations.
A strong track record of working closely with senior leaders, line managers and employee representatives.
The ability to translate strategy into concrete actions and successful execution in an operational environment.
A strong understanding of change psychology, organizational culture and employee engagement.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
