**Job Description:**

The Change & Release Manager is responsible for leading change within Inter ABC's environments and managing software/hardware releases as part of the LCM plan. This role involves establishing and managing release control, change tracking, and ensuring smooth transitions.

* **Roles and Responsibilities:**

* Lead and manage Release Management work.

* Establish, implement, and manage release control, change tracking, and traceability.

* Create, manage, and follow up the Release Management Plan.

* Adapt and approve Release Management working routines in cooperation with stakeholders.

* Lead organizational and/or environmental changes within agreed scope and quality.

* Initiate improvements in daily working routines.

* Transfer and share knowledge with co-workers.

* **Years of Experience:**7+ years

* **Primary Skillset:** Change Management, Release Management, ITIL processes, Stakeholder communication, Process implementation.

* **Secondary Skillset:** Project management, Configuration management, Risk management.

* **Must-have Skills:**

* Proven experience in leading change and release management in complex IT organizations.

* Strong understanding of ITIL principles, particularly for Change and Release Management.

* Experience in implementing and managing change control processes and tools.

* Excellent communication and coordination skills.

* **Good-to-have Skills:**

* ITIL certification.

* Experience with specific change management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).

* Familiarity with DevOps and Agile impacts on change/release.
