Assignment Description

We are currently looking for a CAE Engineer within safety for an assignment with an automotive client.

What You Will Work On

Perform CAE simulations within pedestrian and occupant safety areas

Work with VRU (pedestrian passive safety) and IHI simulations

Conduct FEA analysis and support physical verification activities

Analyze results and provide insights for safety improvements

Support development in compliance with safety standards (e.g., FMVSS201U)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams within safety engineering

What You Bring

Experience in pedestrian passive safety (FEA and physical verification)

Knowledge of interior head impact analysis / free-motion head (FMVSS201U)

Hands-on experience with LS-Dyna

Understanding of CAE methodologies and simulation workflows

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a collaborative engineering environment
