Business Trainee

Job Description

This isn't a "watch and learn" kind of role. From day one, you'll be in the mix, taking ownership, speaking to clients, solving real challenges, and helping people make life-changing decisions about their future.

Over your first 6 months, you'll go through a fast-paced mix of training, hands-on experience, and close mentorship. You'll build real commercial confidence, sharpen your sales skills, and learn how to think (and act) like someone who runs a business.

We'll give you the tools but you bring the drive. And together, we create impact quickly.

Within 2-4 years, we expect you to be ready for your next big step whether that's leading your own team or taking your career international within EF.

Responsibilities

You will:

• Talk directly to clients, build trust, and help them choose life-changing language travel programs
• Work closely with a driven, ambitious team to hit (and exceed) bold goals
• Learn how a business really runs from the ground up, in real time

As you grow, you may step into the Program Coordinator role with a continued focus on sales and at the same time taking on more responsibility, representing EF at events, shaping our presence in Sweden, and guiding customers through decisions that genuinely change their lives.

Qualifications

You're motivated by results and energized by people. You like pace, responsibility, and the feeling of actually getting things done.

• Degree in business, economics, or equivalent

Fantastic but not required:

• Additional languages (French, German, Spanish, Italian, etc.)

• Background in telemarketing, customer service, or business development
