The App Store is the world's largest and most innovative software store, serving hundreds of millions of iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Apple Watch, and Mac customers. Our App Store team is dedicated to fostering an ecosystem where developers can thrive and deliver incredible experiences to users globally.

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to partner closely app and game developers. In this role, you will identify growth opportunities and drive developer success on the App Store.

Have a deep passion for apps and or games, mobile technology, and subscriptions.\nExtensive industry work experience in the mobile apps & games field.\nAbility to work in cross-functional projects with different teams at Apple, including the App Store, Marketing, WWDR, Review and Commerce.\nUnderstanding on how to use data and critical metrics to provide actionable insights for optimizing app monetization to product teams.\nOutstanding organisational skills and the ability to balance multiple projects at a time.\nExcellent communication skills, social and relationship-building interpersonal skills.\nFluency in English.

Outstanding relationship management and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong internal and external relationships.\nExceptional presentation skills, demonstrating the ability to synthesize complex data and insights into compelling, persuasive reports and presentations for diverse audiences.\nStrong project management skills, with a demonstrated capacity to manage multiple competing priorities, effectively triage workloads, and consistently meet tight deadlines while maintaining impeccable attention to detail.\nDeep knowledge of apps go-to-market processes, in-app purchases and subscriptions economics\nA genuine passion for playing games and an understanding of the mobile games market.\nA growth mindset with a proactive approach to continuous learning and adapting to an evolving gaming industry landscape.
