We are looking for BDR interns to join our Stockholm team from late August until late November.

This internship is focused on helping us grow our presence among SMBs, startups and scaleups across the Nordics. You will work with our Google Business Unit and support our sales and marketing teams in finding new companies, starting new conversations and creating new business opportunities.

The role is practical from day one. You will research companies, understand what they do, find relevant contacts, help build target account lists, write outreach messages and follow up on campaigns and events. You will also help qualify leads before they are handed over to the sales team.

We are especially interested in companies that are growing, hiring, raising funding, expanding internationally or looking more seriously at AI, cloud, data, security and modern workplace tools.

You do not need years of experience. We are looking for people who are curious, structured and willing to learn by doing. You might be studying business, marketing, sales, communication, technology or something similar. What matters most is that you are interested in tech, comfortable writing in English and not afraid to reach out to new people.

This is an unpaid internship. It should ideally be part of your education or internship programme. It can also be relevant if you are looking for practical experience to prove yourself in the market and take a first step into sales, marketing or business development.

During the internship, you will learn how B2B business development works in a real tech environment. You will get experience in account research, startup and SMB prospecting, outreach, lead qualification, CRM work and how sales and marketing work together. You will also learn more about Google Cloud, Google Workspace, AI and how companies use technology to grow and work better.

You will be part of a small Stockholm-based team, working closely with people in sales, marketing and our Google partner organisation. This is not an internship where you only observe. You will work on real accounts, real campaigns and real market opportunities.

The internship starts in late August 2026 and runs until late November 2026. The role is based in Stockholm, with some flexibility. To apply, send your CV and a short note about why you want to learn business development in tech.
