We are looking for a highly proactive BDR Intern to join our Stockholm team from late October until late January. You will work directly with our ServiceNow Business Unit (N Platform) to support our sales teams in discovering new companies and creating new business opportunities. Your primary mission is to conduct cold outreach and cold calling to search for and secure new meeting opportunities.
Job Description
In this role, you will help customers embark on their IT Transformation journeys using ServiceNow. You will be targeting Enterprise and Commercial organisations in Sweden, focusing on both organizations that are already using ServiceNow and those that are currently not on the platform.
The role is highly practical from day one. You will research accounts, find relevant decision-makers, and build targeted account lists. Your daily activities will revolve around cold calling, writing personalized outreach messages, following up on campaigns, and qualifying leads before handing them over to the sales team. You will be initiating conversations around enterprise service management, IT service management, automation, AI, and modern digital operations.
Qualifications
You do not need years of experience. We are looking for individuals who are curious, structured, and willing to learn by doing. You might be studying business, sales, marketing, communication, technology, or a similar field. What matters most is that you are interested in tech, and completely fearless when it comes to cold calling and reaching out to new people. Please note that fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is a strict requirement for this role.
This is an unpaid internship. It should ideally be part of your education or internship programme, though it is also highly relevant if you are looking for practical experience to prove yourself in the market and take your first step into B2B sales or business development.
Additional Information
During the internship, you will learn how enterprise B2B business development works in a real tech environment. You will gain hands-on experience in account research, prospecting, cold outreach, lead qualification, CRM management, and sales-marketing alignment. You will also learn extensively about the ServiceNow ecosystem, digital workflow automation, AI, and how organizations use technology to streamline their operations.
You will be part of a small Stockholm-based team, working closely with people in sales, marketing, and our ServiceNow partner organisation. This is not an internship where you only observe; you will work on real accounts, real campaigns, and real market opportunities.
