Assignment Description
We are currently looking for several experienced consultants
What You Will Work On
Lead and coordinate development activities for automotive functions and ECU nodes
Drive end-to-end system development from requirements to verified customer functionality
Support software and hardware implementation activities across multiple system domains
Plan and execute verification and validation activities at component, subsystem, and vehicle levels
Perform testing in rig, lab, and vehicle environments
Coordinate release activities for both hardware and software deliveries
Manage defect handling, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure deliveries meet targets related to quality, cost, and timeline
Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams and stakeholders
Support integration and validation of embedded automotive systems
Contribute to structured development processes and automotive engineering best practices
Participate in project coordination and technical leadership activities depending on role focus
What You Bring
Strong technical background within software, hardware, and verification/validation engineering
Extensive experience working within automotive development environments
Experience developing automotive functions, ECUs, or control systems
Experience leading or coordinating technical development activities
Strong understanding of system verification and validation processes
Experience performing testing at component, subsystem, and vehicle levels
Experience working with automotive engineering tools such as CarWeaver, Jira, Teamcenter, and CAN-related tools
Ability to manage defect handling, troubleshooting, and quality improvements
Experience working in cross-functional and technically complex organizations
Strong communication, collaboration, and coordination skills
Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset
Valid Category B driving license required
