At Packaged Based Solutions (PBS) Nordics, a Capgemini unit, we specialize in ERP transformation for public and private sectors, using platforms like SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and IFS to help organizations
achieve operational excellence and strategic growth. With a strong Nordic presence and a diverse global client base, we guide clients through seamless ERP transformations that deliver lasting value.

Your roleYou'll taking ownership of your delivery areas and ensuring exceptional project outcomes and customer satisfaction- helping them modernize and optimize their operations through world class ERP solutions. You'll play a key role in some of our most strategic projects, spanning industries such as Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Financial Services, and more. Here, you'll be part of a nordic and global organization that combines deep industry expertise with cutting edge technology-empowering you to shape the future of how businesses operate.

In this role you will play a key role in:
• Design and implement innovative ERP solutions that perfectly align with client needs across core functional areas.
• Guide customers with expertise, providing best practice training and insights on IFS and Capgemini methodologies.
• Map and optimize business processes, helping clients evolve and streamline their operations for long term success.

Your profile
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Business, IT, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of hands on experience with ERP systems (IFS experience is a strong advantage)
• Fluency in Swedish or any Scandinavian language, includning strong English skills
• A problem solvning mindset where you turn complex requirements into actionable solutions
• High communication skills and collaborator
Note: You need to be based in Sweden and proficiency in Swedish to be considered for the role.
