Product Manager to AHS Group Procurement, Digital WorkplaceAt Atea, we shape the future of IT by combining strong local presence with Nordic scale. We help our customers accelerate their digital transformation through secure, sustainable, and value-creating IT solutions.
We are now looking for a self-driven and sales-oriented Product Manager to join Group AHS Procurement, where you will play a key role in building strong vendor partnerships and developing competitive market-adapted product offerings across the Nordic region with IT supplies and accessories.
About the role
As Product Manager, you will work closely with Category, Channel, and Vendor Manager to develop and manage a common Group product assortment for selected vendors and partners. Your mission is to ensure that Atea's sales organizations are equipped with the right product assortments, pricing, and commercial support to win in the market.
You will operate at the space between vendors, sales, procurement and management, driving customer value with profitability growth and market share while ensuring alignment with Atea's category strategy.
This is a highly collaborative role with a strong Group footprint, where you influence both strategic direction and operational execution.
You will be based at our Nordic Distribution Center in Växjö and become part of a skilled team of 10 colleagues. The role includes regular travel to support collaboration across the Nordics.
What you will doVendor & Product Management
- Develop and manage ONE common Atea Group assortment for assigned vendors
- Translate customer needs and market insights into clear, value-creating solutions
- Ensure vendor agreements are in place and optimally utilized
- Drive pricing, margin development, and product profitability
- Perform continuous product and price benchmarking against the market
- Own product sales performance, pricing, and margin for assigned vendors
- Provide input into budgets, forecasts, and sales pipelines
- Manage volume discounts, vendor incentives, and bonus programs
- Actively manage cash flow, availability risks, and obsolescence
- Support sales with product, pricing, and commercial guidance
- Lead go-to-market initiatives, launches, and continuous optimization, including Track KPIs performance and improvement initiatives
- Develop marketing and activity plans in cooperation with Group AHS Sales
- Strengthening presales capabilities through training, materials, and product knowledge
- Drive initiatives to grow market share across the Nordics
- Lead Nordic Product Management & Presales Business Reviews with stakeholders in SE, NO, DK, and FI
- Develop joint business plans and align vendor campaigns at group level
- Run monthly vendor business review meetings, ensuring execution and follow-up
- Act as an escalation point internally and towards vendors
You are a commercially and sales driven Product or Procurement professional who thrives in a complex, matrix-based organization. You combine analytical strength with strong stakeholder skills and enjoy working closely with both vendors and internal teams.
We expect you to have:
- Relevant education within Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or equivalent experience in the IT industry
- Experience in product management, vendor management, or strategic procurement
- Strong financial and commercial understanding
- Proven ability to work with forecasts, pricing, margins, and vendor programs
- Fluent Swedish and English at negotiation level
- You build trust and long-term relationships with ease
- You balance commercial risk with strategic thinking
- You are confident influencing decisions and acting as a constructive sparring partner
- You take ownership and turn plans into execution
- You enjoy sharing knowledge and developing better ways of working
