Adecco is currently recruiting experienced Haircutters for Cutters, with opportunities available in both Oslo and Bergen.
If you are a skilled hairdresser who combines technical ability with excellent customer service, this could be your opportunity to build a long-term career in Norway.
About the role
At Cutters, hairdressing is approached differently — simple, efficient, modern and customer-focused.
You will work in a dynamic salon environment where quality, efficiency and customer experience are at the heart of the service.
Your responsibilities will include:
✂️ Men's and women's haircuts
🛍️ Recommending and selling hair care products
🤝 Delivering excellent customer service
✨ Maintaining a clean and professional salon environment
What we're looking for
We are looking for hairdressers who are confident with their skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
You should have:
✔️ 1+ year of professional salon experience
✔️ Experience and/or education in men's and women's haircuts
✔️ An efficient and precise haircutting technique
✔️ Strong customer service skills
✔️ A positive and team-oriented attitude
✔️ Flexibility to work shifts and Saturdays
✔️ English at B1 level or Norwegian/Scandinavian language skills
